- Electrical Controls Engineer- NEW POSITION!
Machinist: Astro Machine Works is seeking full-time CNC Machinists. This position requires the ability to set up, program and operate a CNC Mill or Lathe as well the ability to machine parts per customer specifications and read and understand various types of customer prints. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility to perform millwork, lathe and grinder operations. CAM experience is a plus. 2 years of related experience is required. First shift and 3rd shift positions are available.
CMM Technician: Astro Machine Works is accepting applications for CMM Technicians. This position requires previous CMM experience and is responsible for a variety of CMM Programming and Operation duties including: CAD based CMM Inspection programming including DCC, CMM Manager, and setups for automation using the Shop Floor Launcher.
Electrical Controls Engineer: Astro Machine Works is accepting applications for an experienced Electrical Controls Engineer to join our growing company to develop and design machine controls for newly built custom automation machines, upgrades to customer machines, line modifications and additions for a variety of industries. Qualified applicants will have the ability to multitask with multiple projects in different phases. A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience in automation programming, or equivalent combinations of education and experience is required.
