Optimism Reigns – Expectations for a Robust 2025!
To Our Valued Customers:
The ball has officially dropped so “Happy New Year” to all as we enter 2025! Each year as the calendar turns, we try to utilize this season as a time of reflection and communication with our customer base. This is a moment for us to offer commentary on the events and accomplishments of the preceding year and to say “Thank You” for the trust and confidence that you, our customers, place in us each day.
In looking back over the events of the previous year, 2024 was a year of festivity as we celebrated our fortieth anniversary with special events throughout the year. Although we enjoy celebrating these milestones and our successes along the way, as an employee-owned company, we put a lot of emphasis on continuous improvement and never allow ourselves to be content with the status quo. As a result, 2024 saw another year of substantial reinvestment involving multiple new pieces of equipment and an array of new team members, adding both additional capacity and capability in our quest to accommodate the markets increasing demands for quality machining.
Once again, our team participated in projects designed to give back to our community, most recently involving a record number of items being donated to our local food bank. We are ambassadors for the trades, so we again hosted many tours for students of various ages and several groups of educators to tout the rewarding careers available in modern manufacturing. Our staff continued their involvement with the Lancaster and Berks County CTC schools, Thaddeus Stevens College, Penn College, and others through various OAC committees, Foundation Boards, and numerous other groups and initiatives. It was a busy year!
As we look ahead at 2025, the business climate appears robust, so optimism reigns as we are opting for calculated growth once again. We are fortunate to be entering the year with strong momentum and a record backlog, the highest in our forty-year history. In addition, our commitments to employee recruitment, retention, and development will continue uninterrupted under the direction of our workforce development collaboration team. Once again, we are planning on significant reinvestment, having already ordered five additional pieces of equipment for both our Astro and All-Fab locations. So, bring on the New Year! Our focus is, was, and always will be, continuous improvement and growth to serve our growing customer base and to manage the requirements our customer’s demand. As a 100% employee-owned company, our commitment to customer satisfaction has never been greater! We truly appreciate your continued business and the trust and loyalty that you have extended to us. We realize you have many options in filling your metalworking and custom automation needs and we are especially grateful that you continue to choose us as a key component of your overall supply chain. For that we say, “Thank You” once again.
We wish continued growth and prosperity to you and your organization and look forward to working with you again in 2025!
